By accessing, browsing, or using the tbazze website at tbazze.app (the "Platform"), or by registering a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued access to and use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. tbazze reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may register and maintain one single tbazze account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. tbazze is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tbazze will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify tbazze immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

tbazze reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the tbazze Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbazze supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions governing deposits and withdrawals:

• All funds deposited into your tbazze account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes, subject to verification checks and payment provider availability. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer.
• tbazze reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested to support such checks.
• tbazze does not accept deposits made using credit extended by a third-party financial institution where the primary purpose is gambling. It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen payment method complies with this requirement.
• Any funds deposited as a result of fraudulent activity, reversed transactions, or chargebacks will be recovered from your account balance, and the account will be subject to immediate suspension pending investigation.

tbazze is not a financial institution. Funds held in your tbazze account are not covered by any government deposit guarantee scheme. You should not deposit amounts you cannot afford to lose.

tbazze may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General conditions that apply to all tbazze Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to registered players aged 21 and above who are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• tbazze reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance purposes.

In any event, tbazze's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your tbazze account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

You may close your tbazze account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures.

tbazze reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• tbazze has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.

Upon termination for cause, tbazze reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Any balance determined to have originated from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and tbazze that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the tbazze Platform after any changes to these Terms are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
